Great customer service, especially when I'm in a pickle and can't understand how things work properly :) The system is great, but there are a few things that need tweaking like being able to open a profile in a list, and then hit the back button. You should be able to go back to the list you were in, not go to all profiles.
I could not be more happy with the integration between Shopify and Klaviyo. It is literally life changing for our gorgeous 'little corner store' in Normanhurst, Sydney. Thank you!

We don't use SMS so based on my experience with Klaviyo as an EMS it is the best one out there in terms of functionality and accessibility. If you can't do what you want with Klaviyo then you can always use Integrations to add to the functionality. And if you need more functionality than that then you need to write custom software for your bespoke needs.
