Once you are signed up, the customer support disappears completely. I got a new device, cannot login via MFA, and their solution is for me to contact support, which requires MFA authorization. This app is not user friendly and the support is awful.

Top-notch customer service. I just spent almost an hour speaking with Julia F. in the help center chat, and she was AMAZING. She was so helpful and thorough with her answers. She helped me solve all the issues that were causing our low deliverability rate, and she even sent me a loom video to help me understand. I now feel so much more confident about sending emails! We utilise Klaviyo for our Digital Marketing/Email Campaigns and this creates a continuous revenue stream for our online business.
Automated sends are also a huge help to retain customers on the fringe.

We made the switch to Klaviyo in 2021 and we've been extremely pleased with the results — our open rates for our highly segmented emails average between 70% and 80% and our click rate is well above the industry average for our vertical. Support is fast and responsive, and there are so many live trainings and other resources to help you understand your marketing. Would happily recommend Klaviyo.

Should have setup on Klaviyo from day one. Moved away from Omnisend due to missing features and email chains not dynamically updating prices when products were updated... criminal. Klaviyo jus feels more well thought our and works better all round, very happy with the change and absolutely worth the extra cost. Our statistics are all up!

Signed up to this last year and although for a small business it seems expensive you do get a lot for your money. It does so much more than what my Shopify emails could in terms of segmenting and reaching different customers. There's also lots of benchmarks, metrics and reports to help you analyse what's working and what's not, although I do need to get my head around them. Plenty of tutorials to ...
