Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I've been using the free mode for about a year and have seen many data flow results. It expanded the reach of my email advertising. The automated processes were particularly challenging to set up at first, but once I got familiar with them, they really helped in categorizing and identifying customer segments. Although we haven't used the SMS feature due to the alcohol regulations, the email tools alone have proven invaluable in boosting customer engagement and driving sales.

Love how deep the integration of Klaviyo with Shopify goes. It makes triggering emails based on customers' shopping behavior more robust and personalized. I rely on Klaviyo heavily to understand our customers as a lot of Shopify data is fed into Klaviyo and it is really easy to use Klaviyo to get analytics. It also helps that Klaviyo has similar deep integration with many other platforms.

Works well and has great analytics and segments and is easy to build campaigns. Can get pricey as you grow particularly SMS is very expensive

Seamless integration with shopify and I'm loving the amount of information I get on customers habits around the marketing I have sent out.

One of the best email marketing systems on the market. I am currently not using the SMS on Klaviyo, but it is on my roadmap.
