If I could rate them a 0 I would. The process began great, i followed the steps to set up Klaviyo, and in the process accidentally selected to add the shipping banner at the top of my website. Once I was in the app I tried to remove the banner with no luck. I looked through all the settings, but as a first timer who's never used this app I had no idea what I was doing. Klaviyo is just plain brilliant. It does exactly what it says it will do and doesn't make up numbers from thin air. I cannot recommend it enough.
