So I had some issues linking my Klaviyo account to my Shopify store. Couldn't work it out so I reached out to Klaviyo's support team and spoke online to a really helpful chap called Larry. With his help, I finally got there. But I really couldn't have done it without Larry's guidance. If only all customer support was as good as this! Fantastic job! Klaviyo is my favorite platform for both email and SMS. It's super easy to use, they have great documentation, and their support team is very responsive. I'm looking forward to implementing their new reviews feature.
