Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Mailchimp is for sending emails. Klaviyo is for making money.

We've automated all of our autoresponders and abandoned cart emails to Klaviyo and are very happy with the results. Their tools are very powerful and their support is top notch.

First of all, the level of personal support you get from these guys is second to none. Ed and his team are fast to respond to any questions you may have.
Klaviyo is an essential tool for all shop owners. The ease of use when putting together an email campaign, or building out your list of customers and contacts is extremely user friendly.

I've been using Klaviyo with my shopify store for the last 18 months. I LOVE it.
I'm not that confident with technology but I have found their resource page super helpful and any time I have had a question (there have been a lot!) the team have always been quick to help me, they have even checked the set up of things for me.
I would HIGHLY recomend this to anyone who has a shopify store.

I'm loving using Klaviyo! I was using MailChimp before and their auto responders don't send instantly (takes up to an hr).. So I was constantly having to manually send emails to customers that were meant to be automatic. With Klaviyo they send instantly! Which has freed up a lot of my time. It integrates perfectly with Shopify and their customer service is really helpful too! I love that they track the sales from your emails as well..

It's PERFECT! All features are excellent and the user experience is incredible. Very powerful and easy to use tool.
