Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I’m new to Klaviyo, so I can’t say much about the system yet.

What I can say is that I just had a 10/10 experience with their live chat support, thanks to Monika J.

I had issues with our Shopify sync and email list, and Monika was incredibly patient and thorough. She not only resolved my issues but also provided additional recommendations, articles, and links to help me improve the integration between Shopify and Klaviyo.

This level of customer service makes me confident in staying as a Klaviyo customer.

I've been using the free mode for about a year and have seen many data flow results. It expanded the reach of my email advertising. The automated processes were particularly challenging to set up at first, but once I got familiar with them, they really helped in categorizing and identifying customer segments. One of the best email marketing systems on the market. I am currently not using the SMS on Klaviyo, but it is on my roadmap.

Works well and has great analytics and segments and is easy to build campaigns. Can get pricey as you grow particularly SMS is very expensive
