Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Great integration with our Shopify store and allows us to communicate effectively with our database on a regular basis.

We switched to Klaviyo from Mailchimp and it has been great.

Good customer service. I would recommend setting up a dedicated branded tracking link for link clicks as soon as possible or your default tracking links may get blocked by Chrome and Safari. This happened to my company. Klaviyo was helpful in getting this fixed.

We are loving Klaviyo Email Marketing & SMS. I am not the best at sending emails. Mostly because I don't know what to send, but I noticed that when I looked at my calendar view it gave my ideas for emails and SMS messages as well as task to do inside my business operations such as monitoring inventory and planning future campaigns and more. They are the best I've used so far.
