Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I had an issue late on Friday night. I contacted my sales rep and he came through in a big way. Customer service is top notch! The app works great and we here can wait to start diving deeper into it. The app is very user friendly.

Gamechanger - has double our sales and increased customer satisfaction tenfold. Way better than Mailchimp.

The app allows to completely automate email marketing with extremely fine grained control. Think: email someone a week after they buy a bike and offer them a lock. Or if someone looks at red lights, red seats, and red bikes, email them something red!

Also, their support rules. Very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

I love the automation this offers! I can set up my email flows and campaigns and not worry about it! I like the dashboard so I can get a glimpse of what has happened since my last login.

Update: Nov 2019 - Just upgraded to $25 a month, I just sent my 1st email to 417 people, this app is a must have, if you have members signing up for email marketing then you need to send out amazing looking emails using this app, it's going to pay for it with your 1st sale probably. I migrated over from MailChimp. The flows alone make Klaviyo more than worth the cost. Love the easy migration and integration with my shop.
