Locked out of my account. Can't access the live chat and no response from the email that was sent!!! Will Update if issue is ever resolved. The issue has been resolved. Thanksgiving break had the support team playing catch up. Very helpful once I was able to speak with someone.

If you are serious about email marketing and you own an e-commerce website, do yourself a favour and ditch MailChimp...

Go with Klaviyo!

Once again, this app is not perfect.
Klaviyo has been getting some bad rep with their customer service time of response (but have you ever tried to easily find a contact link in MailChimp?? Nowhere to be found!)

This is the kind of application that is worth studying.
It's not a "one-click it works" app.

Learn it... study it's potential.
Email marketing can become one of your main source of recurring income for your e-commerce.

Once your flows are running, you get a clear idea of which ones are profitable and which ones need improvement.

Their focus on e-commerce is why you need this app.
It's not cheap, but it grows with you.

So the more it will cost, the more money you will make.

Stop comparing the monthly cost with other basic email apps.
They don't compare.
Once setup this app will pay for itself 20X.

The level of segmentation you get with Klaviyo out of the box is where the power is found.

They keep coming up with new features too (dynamic coupons!! yeah!).
They keep improving the interface.

Learn how to use this powerful email app and you'll never look back.

Love it. I'm only annoyed I didn't move to Klaviyo sooner. Support is really good and learning so much already. Highly recommend

So far so good! Signed up, sent my first campaign within 15 minutes. There's a lot to learn, but I'm encouraged that it's all do-able!

Launched my first campaign moments ago. Entire editing of the EShot took around 30 mins (very user friendly). I love how it integrates to shopify so well, all your products and contacts are imported. There's advanced segmentation and conditional customer journey. So far, very impressed.

Pretty fantastic but can be damned intimidating-- especially if you've invested a bunch of time in the past to learn other email systems and figure this one will be as hard or harder. We became Klaviyo users in 2020 but didn't do much with it until the last 6 weeks. We tried but got stuck a lot. We attempted to hire Klaviyo experts but no one wanted to work hourly ad we didn't want to sign contracts for thousands of dollars per month and nothing really guaranteed from a completion standpoint. In the last 6 weeks we've realized how much Klaviyo can do-- and figured out a LOT of the "how" to get it to do that just by methodically going through the video trainings on Klaviyo Academy. Those videos are a lifesaver! If you've considered giving Klaviyo a chance because you suspect it might do a bunch of great things you wanna do but don't know how-- but have held off, thinking it's "too complicated" to learn...give yourself a chance. We haven't figured everything out by any means but we're well on the way to Klaviyo paying for itself and becoming a magnifier and amplifier for all of our channels and audience growth plus of course revenue growth. FWIW the Shopify integration was trickier than they said it would be-- but all in all not horribly difficult.

I've used Mailchimp for several years, but when I launched my Shopify store I felt I needed something a bit more tailored to the e-commerce experience, something MC didn't handle well. I've got Klaviyo getting subscribers via popups, having customers return for abandoned checkouts, and sending a weekly 'New in stock' newsletter with great results! Really happy with it overall. With the admin dashboard was a bit more 'modern', you have to remember to hit Save a lot or you lose changes, but that's just a minor inconvenience.

I am finding Kalviyo to be a really great addition to my store. I am using all the flows and find them really helpful. Creating content is really easy too.
