Estoy usando Klaviyo y me parece fantástico, fácil de usar, la recomiendo 100%, la sincronización con Shopify es facilísima de hacer.

After I ended my subscription and deleted the app they continued to charge my card. After speaking with support they refused to give me a refund and gave the excuse that "we are a subscription service like Netflix" blah blah blah. Don't waste your time with these jokers and find an app that doesn't charge you an arm and a leg and actually gives decent customer service and doesn't make you jump through hoops to stop charging your card. You won't be receiving any refunds.

We are newbies to the e-commerce scene, however Klaviyo has helped level the playing field for us by providing the tools necessary to compete in today's marketplace. As a sole small business owner with an expertise as a medical practitioner, I need tools that I can understand and don't need a "programmers" degree to facilitate. Klaviyo does the job! Great, convenient app for enhancing the appearance of e-mails sent through Shopify such as the order confirmation and shipping notifications! Easy to use and integrated in a manner that is also simple to understand. Awesome, quick-responding customer service. I use the free version which allows me solely to edit Shopify's email templates but have heard good things about the other plans as well. Definitely recommend!

This is my first time using Klaviyo and I can admit it's easy and simple. When I need help I either use the website or youtube. Great company!!

Used this service for a year and a half, then they suddenly realized they don't like adult toy stores. Their Terms of Service have no mention of the adult toy industry. They immediately locked my account, and I can't export my list. I really don't care which email marketing solution to use. They are just as good anyone else, but the way they randomly lock accounts is awful. Stay away, use Omnisend or Privy. Had Omnisend for just as long and never had issues. I'll file chargebacks for the past 6 months. Have fun.
