Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I use the free account and so far I'm happy with what you can do. It is nice, you can make campains or send emails with trigger (e.g. initiate checkout)

Unable to send videos. Everything else is great.

No integrity. The point of contacts have Zero integrity. Kyle Collingham canceled twice, and on the 2nd time didn't bother to send an email.

Then I contacted customer support, and they said they only cared about trouble shooting the product.

So happy I have made the move to Klaviyo from Mailchimp! My store has grown to over $1 Million a year in revenue and Mailchimp was very limiting in its features and functionality; Klaviyo was the right choice for Best Chinese Medicines! https://bestchinesemedicines.com

This app is very difficult to use and no support what so ever. I am looking for a more user friendly one that can be more helpful.

This is the best meat and SMS service ever. They even offer a review service now.

So far I am loving this app! Easy to setup and use with awesome support and step by step instructions. I can't wait to see how this app impacts my bottom-line.

Very bad, almost lost customer service. When we have a problem, it is difficult to get any help. And for live chat, wait for long and long time, waste my time! And it is expensive, very expensive!
