I use this app for email marketing and email acquisition. It's great once you know how to use it. They only thing I had an issue with was actually learning how to use it and understanding the tools, which is a lot!! Nice to have a tutorial.

I wish their fee was more reasonable , they are extremely expensive. Gosh $300 for 13k list. Even my whole Shopify account cost $75 a month. Charging that much is ridiculous. Seems like for every 10 sales person they hired, they hired only 1 customer service. Its hideous to not be able reach customer service for a company their size and funding.

Klaviyo's user interface is easy to use, which is a refreshing change from other web-based systems. And I especially love their pre-fabricated flows.

every time you contact the chat it is 8 hours, and they are not fully trained and don't have an answer to any technical issue so you have to close and start a new chat hopping you'll get somebody else! no tel support.

A long time mailchimp user i have tried Klaviyo with this store on the advice of our Plus Merchant Success Manager and so far so good. We are on the free plan so far as its a new store with no existing customer base. But even with the free plan we've been able to add subscribe pages, entry/exit popups and all the flows and connections. happy days so far.

Fantastic for email marketing and SMS. Great deliverability, love the flows that you can set up. Klaviyo accounts for about 30% of our revenue. The team is also fantastic - they're always looking to improve and actually speak to their customers about what they like, don't like etc. Cannot recommend them enough.

I love how easy Klaviyo is to use. I also love the instruction they provide as well as how the program continues to grow with the industry.

I use it to send campaigns to my newsletter subscribers and email flows to customers and potential customers. It gives good data to track success and easy to install and use. Highly recommend.
