The dynamic coupon in the flow automation stops working for more than a week. After I reported the issue, the support just tells me that it must be I made some changes to the coupon which causes the issue. But I am very sure no changes had been made and ask them to review my activity. Then only they acknowledge it is a bug from their side. So the support tells me that they are working to fix it (no ETA), meanwhile either use a static coupon code or stop giving coupons. 5 days passed and it is not solved yet. Absolutely dissapointed with this lousy service.
App not working, no access to app through Shopify, Flows disappeared without any reason. Can't access the account. Contacted Klaviyo two weeks ago and no response. $400 wasted.

Worst app of all history, they bid you 100$ per month without even having a proper service support. They are the best to price high but the service is literally bad, you have an answer every 24 hours, I definitely not recommend this poor app.

Please be aware. It is very hard to cancel account. App DOES NOT give you an easy cancellation option!
Stay away. Cost us a ton of money cleaning up after their mess. Customer support is spotty, at best. The IT team is disconnected from their customers, working on stealth pushes and creating havoc that we only found out days later, when we saw issues arise that had never been encountered before.
Understandably, this can happen once in a while. But with Klaviyo, this is the norm.
Not only not worth their exorbitant monthly fees but will hurt your sales as well.
My shop does not integrate with Klaviyo, I have tried many times and I can't register directly on the website, I need help.

THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST. If you need Email Marketing look at any company except this one. Once you pay for your subscription they will block you from sending emails without any reason. That is not the worst part. The WORST IS THAT THEY KEEP THE MONET AND WONT REFUND.

Stay away, unless you want to disrupt your business (not in a good way).
Some, not all, of the issues experienced over this past year: unannounced maintenance that disables one from sending or scheduling email campaigns (during busiest and most promotional times of the year–no less!), being disconnected from integrations like Shopify or Loyalty Lion, welcome series flows that mysteriously stop working (and told by the engineers they are looking into it, but may take up to a few weeks to fix), etc.
Chat support is all over the place–when you can get someone on the chat (again, many times of the day chat is unavailable... emails get a response after a few days). One chat assures that the issue is fixed; when it turns out that it is not, another chatter blames the first chatter for not fixing it properly and offers a very complicated solution; when the second fix, in turn, does not work then the third chatter blames it on the second... and so it goes. Meanwhile, the issue does not get fixed and lingers.
Canceling them took running around in circles. Finally, when threatened with higher action, the cancellation did come through–with a snide note "good luck in your next endeavor." Is this professional? Not. But consistent with Klaviyo's overall attitude.
Not sure how long this company will exist... but that should be their problem, not mine.
canceled the app on one of my stores, deleted the app from the store, closed and deleted the store and for the past 3 months they have been charging me money! Disgrace. that's how they make their money, not by providing a quality service.
*UPDATE* after this review, 20 mins later they suspend my account and charge me $112 DIRECTLY from my bank account, when my monthly plan is $20. This is the kind of app Shopify allows on their app store.
very difficult to use, there is not any support agent just a bot that is not setup properly, I am getting rid of this app there are many others with better support than this one
