Great customer service, especially when I'm in a pickle and can't understand how things work properly :) The system is great, but there are a few things that need tweaking like being able to open a profile in a list, and then hit the back button. You should be able to go back to the list you were in, not go to all profiles.

Klaviyo has made sending promotional emails a breeze. Love how easy it is to add new emails through Shopify POS and through our website. Copying campaigns and blocks super easy too, saving time and optimizing our reach. Highly recommend!

Shocking customer service from the douchebags at Klaviyo. Been with them for 3 years now. Generally all ok. However we've recently reduced the number of contacts/profiles in our email list quite significantly (by around 50,000). We don't use SMS so based on my experience with Klaviyo as an EMS it is the best one out there in terms of functionality and accessibility. If you can't do what you want with Klaviyo then you can always use Integrations to add to the functionality. And if you need more functionality than that then you need to write custom software for your bespoke needs.
