Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Excelente herramienta para shopify, poder generar los flujos y toda la parte de marketing de la tienda.

Terrible. Had a sign up form on my pre-launched website. When I tried to notify the ones who had signed up that the site was live Klaviyo disabled my account and didn't let me notify them.

I'll have to email everyone one by one. Terrible service.

I am new to Klavyio and Janelle helped my out very quickly getting my abandoned cart tracking set up with screen shots and everything.

I spent over 2 hours perfecting a campaign for the Black Friday weekend, ONLY to have my email cancelled and be notified that it will take 1 business day for my account to be reviewed by the compliance team. edited the content for an afternoon, but the app can’t be used as a result, please tell me why? Is this software downloaded to let him acquire our customers?

So far it’s easy to use & has a lot of templates to use ! It’s helpful for someone like me who has challenges with marketing tools.

I spent hours creating campaigns and when I needed to have it sent for at a very specific time- it did not let me and said there is a bug they are fixing at the moment. Super frustrating

This is my first time using Klaviyo and it provides so much value for free. I was able to A and B test my emails and schedule. It's perfect for importing my Shopify list.
