User friendly interface! Invaluable app for successful selling campaign! Must-have app in each store!

i use this app for the first time, but i think the interface is great and easy to use and i love it.

Needs more flexible billing on sent email. Number of free emails are 250 and that is very low.

Great customer service. You are able to track many good data that you will need in the future when scaling your store.

Very pleased with this app, at first I did not really understand but now the possibilities are endless! It's great :)

I think that it compares very well with email platforms that I have used previously. Customer support is great.

Super easy to install and use. Importing contacts from mailchimp was a breeze and the interface is easy to understand and use, and I'm not an expert. Highly recommend.

This app is well marketed, and go to tool for e-commerce email marketing. However be cautious that installing klaviyo shopify app and inserting their .JS to your store it takes 15 website speed points out of 100 possible speed points. Our developer pointed this out that klaviyo app inserts a ton of not needed stuff to the site that kills the speed performance score of the site. WE ran a test where we removed their .JS from our store and our google speed insights score went from 20 to 35... Klaviyo please fix this

Brilliant email marketing platform, would definitely say it is the best I have used, so easy to navigate and really great features.

You can't do "notify when in stock" or abandoned cart capturing on Shopify 2.0 themes like Dawn. Bummer.
