An absolute disaster of an app. I’ve had more issues with Klaviyo in the past 48 hours than I’ve had in 5 years with Mailchimp. The setup process gets stuck in a loop, the scheduled campaigns don’t send, the integrations don’t synch data properly.
I had to email support 5 times in 2 days and not once were they helpful or even friendly. Their support seems to consists of a single person who can’t be bothered to offer any kind of assistance.
When I finally managed to get my campaign delivered, it showed a big square blank instead of images. Klaviyo’s response? "It’s an Android issue, nothing we can do." Well guess what, I’m on an iPhone.
Also, take into account that your card will be charged before you even send your first email, and rates are way overpriced for such a poor experience.
Tengo todo conectado pero no me manda los mensajes cuando alguien se suscribe a la tienda o abandona el carrito … en fin. Un defraude

If you're not using Klaviyo for your Shopify store, you should switch right away. The ease of interfacing with Shopify and the ability to combine products from your store in your email (for example, in the abandoned cart sequence/flow) makes a huge difference and is a feature that's not offered with traditional Auto Responders. Also, the support is fantastic. Neil rocks! I highly recommend it.
This app helps a lot to me. I can manage contacts and send my newsletter.
Other similar apps are not suitable for marketing. This one is Recommended!
Why does it keep on sending klavio logo??? I have paid, and it says it's turned off. I have also tried to add my logo, but it keeps on showing the Facebook messanger icon as a logo.
I resisted installing of this app because I wanted to find less expensive options for sending emails and such. I spent hours, weeks, looking for a way to get popups, emails and the right integration within Shopify and, for it all to work seamlessly together. It was exhausting. Finally, I "bit the bullet" and installed Klaviyo. I love it! It can be a bit tricky to learn at first but, once you're over the first hurdles, it just works. Thanks Klaviyo
Recently switched from Mailchimp; the difference is eye opening. Klaviyo lays out the campaigns, lists, and workflows in a very intuitive manner. Mailchimp is good for inly entry level mailing lists (free), but once your numbers start to grow, switching to Klaviyo is a must.
I see a lot of people giving one star lately and I can't understand why. Their service is perfect for e-commerce. You can do everything you need and the support is great. I've never had any issues and I've been using it a lot in the past 2-3 months. The price is worth it if you plan to leverage your list and optimize email marketing for your business. If you want to send basic emails, then you'd probably want to stick with the cheapest alternatives.
I have only just got this app, but it is working well so far. Nice and easy. You can create emails with your own logos, colours, text, to represent your business as you wish. I recommend trying it.
I have tested quite a few entry level email platforms (Mail Chimp, AWeber, Convertkit) and I've finally found the one I was looking for with Klaviyo. If email is going to be involved in your marketing strategy (if it isn't then you are literally leaving money on the table) then Klaviyo is the one.
If you just want to collect emails to send out the odd newsletter about a new product then in all honesty you should save your money and go with Mail Chimp.
If you want to collect information from your customers, learn from them, segment them, create incredibly well targeted marketing campaigns, and give your customers the best personal experience possible then you need Klaviyo.
It costs more but it's completely worth it.
The only source of traffic you actually own is your email list. Don't underestimate it.
