Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

very poor support. we send them emails but there is no reply from their side. we regret adding there app.

Each email sent out to people has something like 'from klaviyo' written at the bottom. This makes it look tacky and unprofessional. I would definitely change my review if this was't there.

Pop ups are still visible after uninstalling. There is nothing on the website that could help solve this problem, I do not recommend it

I spent half a day getting everything dialed up to send emails then called their support because I was having trouble getting the email addresses into their system. They disabled my account after 5 minutes of using it. After contacting them, they send me to the Terms of Service when I didn't even have time to make changes to my account

what a cruel app! i spent ages doing my email campaign $400 a month to send!!! this is outrageous.
