Good software and Dalu I in customer service has been really helpful in helping me understand inactive profiles and how to suppress them when not needed.
Pricing is really predatory, it increases waaay above what they initially show and they automatically charge you more. When installed, it created a bunch of fake accounts which were just Google Bot "subscribers" with fake emails and now charges me at a much higher price tier just because it considers those somehow to be real people and counts them toward my total.
