Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Cannot be more unsatisfied with the app I've been using for all my stores. They have been charging me amounts that has not been used, and once I decide to downgrade the plan for one store that has not been receiving traffic for 2 months, they remove all the premium features which I just paid few hours ago. Also they don't have any type of customer support (I should have as I paid for the whole month already, but as I decide to downgrade to free plan for the next month, they deactivated every premium feature). I don't understand how a company of this size can do this behaviors

This is the best email marketing system hands down. The great integration with Shopify is the icing on the cake. Not only is the tech superior but their support team is SIMPLY THE BEST! I can always reach them, ask questions and get resources. Email marketing is a beast but Klavyio makes it easy to get started and all the support you need to realized success.
