wat of money i suggest not use this app
It's not worth your money, nor your time. Customer service is very poor. I received contradicting info from a couple of representatives. Unfortunately, the support team is not trained sufficiently to give proper client support.
Bad service! Inactive account without any notification. They're not respect user. I lost many things in my account.
Una vera è propria truffa ho 10k di contatti e ho annullato quest'app dopo un mese visto la sua non funzionalita ed il costo di 150€ mensili in base al numero dei miei account, anche dopo aver disistallato lì'app hanno continuato per 3 mesi a prendere soldi automaticamente dal conto, alle mail nessuna risposta ed in chat mi rispondono dopo aver reinstallato l'app che posso cambiare il mio piano se voglio ma non è possibile emettere rimborsi anche se l'app era disistallata e 0 mail inviate
I can't believe it! My account became inactive within just two days, and it keeps logging me out and crashing while I'm using it. I contacted their support team, but they're blatantly ignoring me. They've read my emails and haven't bothered to reply. Their team is incredibly irresponsible and disrespectful to customers. I am beyond furious! I have received zero assistance, and they are wasting my time. I urgently need this problem resolved, but I'm not getting any help!!!
Very bad customer support. The decisions they make on marking emails as transactional or not are a complete lottery and support staff are unable or unwilling to explain the their decisions. They only provide copy and pasted answers that don’t help. A real shame as the product is otherwise good.
When I closed my Klaviyo account I forgot to close the subscription form as well, and now that I can't log in to my account anymore, this forms popup is still showing up in my store! It is gonna hijack my user information.

They disabled my account after 5 minutes of using it. After contacting them, they send me to the Terms of Service when I didn't even have time to make changes to my account
We have uninstalled your APP on Shopify and close the account, why are we still being charged?
I need support because I'm demoing the application and nothing works. But I cant get support unless I pay for the subscription. which I don't want to do because currently nothing works. what i great business model guys. looks like I'm off to Omnisend or your competitor
