We're having a great experience with Klaviyo so far! Amazingly fast customer service, easy to use backend & powerful analytics. Couldn't recommend it more!

So far my experience with Klaviyo has been positive.

Much more user friendly than and cost effective than Hubspot for email.

Best email marketing platform in the game. Nothing else compares to klaviyo if you are trying to scale your business and grow sales. Their support is wonderful.

Such an incredibly helpful care desk.

Marta was so accommodating in helping getting some technical flows sorted, holding my hand throughout the process to a successful resolution.

They've already started increasing the price on us, despite the fact that we are still learning the system and have hardly sent any emails. I'm not seeing value for money yet. The built in shopify emailing system was adequate for us.

As an ecommerce business, you need an email strategy. Yes. Yes, you do. Klaviyo makes it easy (disclaimer...there is always a learning curve) to implement your strategy, grow your list, know your list, nurture your customers and not yet customers, etc. I've used other email service providers over the years. They didn't suck, but they didn't provide the data that Klaviyo does. And we all know everybody is talking about data driven, personalized marketing these days....just sayin'.

Very Well Managing App For All types of businesses. Its Auto import option is good working facility. i like this very much, as t is a very reasonable by rates also.
