I love Klaviyo as a tool. but a few things are a pain in the ass. in Switzerland we do have more than one language. or if you act globally you face the same problem once you add more languages to your shopify account. product feeds from shopify are only possible in one language. and that decreases our productivity greatly. furthermore there could be more explanation with property fields. especially with "Skipped" profiles in flows or campaigns. why are they skipped requires a lot of research to figure out. that could be done better.
the new interface since 2024 (text editing): you made it worse. you have to click like a hundred times to change text. that is really anoying. before you had that simple editor box (it was a little small but worked). way better.
lastly: I would highly appreciate if sms services would be available globally. I have so many ideas.
Klaviyo has been an absolute game changer for us. The interface is great to use and the conversions far exceed our previous email program. The Klaviyo support team is also extremely quick and helpful!
Very robust platform with excellent support.
We started using Klaviyo just over a month, and we can already see sales increasing due to various flows that we set up. The onboarding was extremely easy as the Klaviyo staff was very knowledge and helpful. The zoom meeting went very smooth and we are seeing about 10% increase in sales. I can see further revenue streams by adding more types of marketing flows.
Money well spent!
Highly recommend Klaviyo, the integrations are great and I do not need to install multiple apps to do multiple marketing campaigns. Also, their support team is amazing and will answer you promptly and professionally.

So I had some issues linking my Klaviyo account to my Shopify store. Couldn't work it out so I reached out to Klaviyo's support team and spoke online to a really helpful chap called Larry. With his help, I finally got there. But I really couldn't have done it without Larry's guidance. If only all customer support was as good as this! Fantastic job! Thank you, Larry; thank you, Klaviyo.
Pretty crazy price increases on lifelong customers; we've been a customer since we ever started our business and Klaviyo has unfortunately become the only app in our stack that constantly increases their prices while adding 0 new features/functionality. it's good until you get up to ~50,000 or so profiles, then you should look to switch off of them.
A perfect tool for product-based e-commerce businesses. All the insights and metrics you'll need.
