Great integration with shopify! Very user friendly too. The only thing I would request is to be able to use the SMS functionality in Puerto Rico, USA.
Klaviyo is an essential tool. I like how easy creating emails is.
On the flip side, I wish you could upload larger images (mine get rejected) within the email campaigns. Also, it's a bit tricky playing with formatting inside of emails (bold, italics, keeping the font when you paste text). Lastly, the pricing feels opportunistic the second you squeak past their levels they send you a charge for more.
I'm not leaving Klaviyo but I'm also not jumping for joy or telling my friends they MUST use this email software.
Klaviyo is very intuitive and their customer service is excellent!

We had zero issues, and It´s probably best email marketing platform to integrate with shopify, integrations are super easy, and it is easy to use.
I really enjoy this platform, I find it very helpful and love the analytics.
Its asset person must have, it builds long term with the audience

What a terrible tool. Their customer service is awful. I had an issue with a payment, and my account was suspended. When I tried to contact them to process the payment again, they kept redirecting me to their virtual assistant, Kira, who only provided online articles for me to read. I realized they would never help me through that method, so I reached out to the support & success email accounts. Their response? They said they couldn’t assist me and told me to contact Kira! I couldn’t believe it... I was trying to settle my account, and they never responded.
Of course, they had no problem charging me for the current month's plan, but my account remained suspended due to an invoice that couldn’t be processed months ago. I absolutely despise companies that grow and aim to "automate" everything, completely neglecting their customers and failing to provide real ways to communicate and resolve issues.
Very disappointing, Klaviyo. Terrible experience.
