We started using Klaviyo in 2017 a few months after we opened our store, John's Crazy Socks, and it has been an essential tool ever since. We are committed to building a community with our customers and making personal connections; Klaviyo supports both objectives. t has helped grow from near zero to a 8 figure company. As we have grown, we have seen Klaviyo continually improve its offerings, taking advantage of new technology and changes in the marketplace. And their support has been terrific throughout. We consider Klaviyo to be an essential partner in our buienss.

Love, Love, Love these guys. And their product.

Every couple of weeks when I log on to schedule a few campaigns and tweak some email flows, they come up with great, new feautures.

So far, these changes have helped and made my life a lot easier.

And they also generated more revenue, which doesn't hurt either.

What I like most about them is that they listen to their customers.

When you do a Live webinar with them, and you ask some questions, they (together with you) come up with new product ideas which they deliver to the product team right after the call.

If only more apps and people could be like them!

Klaviyo is the ONLY email provider you should be using. It does cost more than the competition but absolutely worth it with the customization and segmentation you can do on their platform!

I really like Klaviyo a lot. It's user friendly and has very good support. I use it to send emails to my e-commerce customers and their templates make it very easy. Learning to use the flows and I think that holds a lot of potential. Seems like there's endless options. I've tried a couple other top name automated marketing companies. Highly recommend Klaviyo over those.

The gold standard when it comes to e-commerce marketing. We've used a few different companies before, if you're selling physical goods, Klaviyo is the best hands down.
