Klaviyo: E‑mail et SMS

Not only does Klaviyo have a very high level of functionality and analytics capability, I have always found the live support team to be extremely patient and helpful when I need to troubleshoot an issue. They really know their stuff and help walk you through any difficulties. Always a great experience.

The app allows to completely automate email marketing with extremely fine grained control. Think: email someone a week after they buy a bike and offer them a lock. Or if someone looks at red lights, red seats, and red bikes, email them something red!

Also, their support rules. Very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Update: Nov 2019 - Just upgraded to $25 a month, I just sent my 1st email to 417 people, this app is a must have, if you have members signing up for email marketing then you need to send out amazing looking emails using this app, it's going to pay for it with your 1st sale probably.
