Klaviyo is great! Being able to understand my customers and communicate with them based on that has never been easier for me and our business! Truly a gamechanger for us and I'm so thankful we switched over to them a few years ago!

I have 2 stores. I'm working with Klaviyo in both. it is by far the best email app out there. But you know something? Their customer service is one of the best i've ever met. Live chat. 24/7. and they are answering! and helping! all. the time. SUPER.

Very user friendly, much more so then our previous marketing email automation tool. Great integration with Shopify also. Highly recommended!

Great email marketing app. Saves lots of time with many automations for abandoned carts, follow up emails to first time customers, emails requesting feedback, and more! Also has the ability to schedule the date and time that emails are sent. The only negative is the support. There is no direct contact support by chat or phone, you have to email them for help. They do answer the emails within 24 hours.

Bit of a learning curve but that's because it is a powerful piece of kit! I will definitely upgrade once we hit our limit. I love that companies like Klaviyo support small businesses by offering a free version. Giving us a chance to expand faster and with less stress. Thank You for that Klaviyo team.

I've been using Klaviyo for almost 2 years since I found out it integrates seamlessly with my Shopify store. It's been great. The online help pages are actually helpful, and my emails have never looked better. I recommend it to every entrepreneur I meet!
