The analytics are never correct. The pop-ups don't work. It's also impossible to get help. They only refer you to a basic Q&A page, that doesn't answer anything.

The Klaviyo App has been great for us in collecting newsletter sign ups, set up forms and conversion pop ups. There is a learning curve to really get the most out of the platform but I have found it to be fulfilling all of our needs (on the free version). We will certainly keep using it and, when the time comes, switch over to the paid version to continue our growth.

Nice app. If you don't want a plain text email for abandoned carts, then this is the app for you. It lets you create your own template so you're not stuck with a stock version of any sort of notification email that makes the brand value look weak IMO.

Integration is easy, and they have some sort of automation wizard that guides you through most of the processes.

Customer service is really on point -- Another thing to really consider since most of the apps on shopify have poor customer service.

I'm trying to follow up with something negative as a closer but cannot think of anything lol. I need some coffee.

Great app for sure. 5/5.

This app is amazing! Honestly, Our previous provider could NEVER compare. We have told all of our business buddies to switch over. So easy. So simple. We wish we would have chosen them first

Leider antwortet der Support nicht auf meine Emails.
Kein Zugang mehr zu meinem Klaviyo-Dashboard möglich (nur noch über die Shopify App am Handy, was aber keine Lösung ist)
Über einen Browser werde ich bei dem Login-Versuch nach einem Bestätigungscode gefragt, welcher per Email versendet werden sollte (Ich erhalte aber keinen Code per Email). Emails mehrmals überprüft.
Etliche Emails wurden bisher ignoriert und keinerlei Reaktion seitens Klaviyo. Echt Schade.

This is why you haven't been able to receive our emails, including our verification codes and responses from our Support team. We'd recommend working with your email domain provider to resolve this issue so we can send emails to your address again.

The features of this app are very good. It took some back and forth with support to get everything to work, but overall this is a great app.
