Double opt in on free plan means you will have no sign ups. And there is no way around it. If you have a 3rd party sign up form (like Privy) Klaviyo will still send a sign up confirmation request once the address is synced to the list.
I don't mind paying for a good service, but not to a company that messes me up in such a sneaky way. Will sing up for a paid plan elsewhere.

Been trying to get it to work for 2 days now but there is always something wrong with the popup either on mobile or desktop. Random buttons or text go missing for no reason when they are displayed in the customizer and then all of a sudden they're gone. Was planning on switching from mailchimp but nevermind!

I liked the app. It's a little more expensive than MailChimp, but it gives you much better control about your emails. If you not familiar with advanced email marketing you shouldn't use it. But if you want to be an email marketing guru and make from your subscribers a lof of $$$ Klaviyo the way you go!

I have been using this app for long and now I am not able to pay them, to upgrade my plan, we are losing important dates. Emailed them several times with no response.

Customer service poor.

After months of use, account suspended with no notification as to why. At least 5 days later and we're still waiting on indication despite website stating 24-48 hours for reviews to be conducted. Multiple attempts made to lodge a ticket and, only after trial and error experimenting with drop down menus, were able to succeed (Klaviyo has no option to contact support direct via email). During this time, two email enquiries also made to sales email address with no response yet received.

Otherwise a great tool, but as a business heavily reliant on email marketing, the automated bot responses in place of actual support is crippling.

For what is a professional tool that charges accordingly, professional level support and clarification should be expected.

Great for email marketing, I use this for all of my drop shipping websites. I highly recommend using this app.

I have just started using this app and loving it so far. I installed this app to help me with the email portion of my business. I have been using basic Shopify email and wanted a more professional look. It took me a little bit to put it all together, but pleased so far. I am only using the email and pop up features right now with no problems. I am loving the automations in the welcome email section, and the many email templates to choose from. I may dive into more later on.
