A waste of time.

The app migrated my Shopify customers, but it didn't allow me to add them to any list, which eventually means that I can not use them in a campaign. After adding manually the customers to a list, I spent an hour creating a campagin and as soon as I clicked SEND they blocked my account. Thank you.

The app is fine if you know how to use it. The support is just soso. They want to set up a meeting for easy questions which is totally unnecessary. Were on the premium version.

I moved to Klaviyo from Mailchimp and I'm so glad I did. It integrates perfectly with Shopify and the one time I had to contact their support they were super helpful. There are more functions and capabilities than Mailchimp and I can see this app growing with my business.

Finally, a real email marketing tool. This is so well integrated with Shopify you can make such powerful decisions about what to send, to who and when - all based on a wealth of customer data sourced from Shopify. Once you start using Klaviyo, the data collection begins for real and you can marry user behavior in email with the shopify data.

Hands down, the best email marketing tool in shopify.

I’m unable to find documentation around setting a confirmation email for my subscribers, I’m very confused by their plans. I have a lot of subscribers and before importing them, It looks like I would be charged may 100s of $ per month to hold them. I wasn’t able to find documentation on these issues.
I’m getting logged out regularly of my account and keep getting Captcha anytime I want to make a change. I’m not sure how to proceed. It’s also very time consuming to always keep login in, doing the two factor authentication and then doing it all again the next time I want to see the dashboard,. It’s a very tough experience I must say. It’s a nightmare to navigate the UI, I’m unsure which menu does what and I’m confused by the offering.
The error messages are also unclear and the documentation incomplete, I was unable to progress with setting this up properly. I hope I can get help. If we can get the login issue, the billing issue and the missing documentation issue I’ll update this review. Thanks and I hope you can improve your app.

I am very surprised not a lot of Shopify users know about this email app - ITS THE BEST ONE WE'VE USED and we have used mailchimp, getresponse, infusionsoft and aweber - nothing comes close to klaviyo if your in the shopify ecommerce business - i hope to grow my business to new horizons with klaviyo
