This tool is a fantastic way to automate a really critical aspect of any e-commerce website: its email marketing. I strongly recommend it to anyone looking for a strong, yet affordable email marketing/automation too.
I spent hours setting up my account and creating a campaign only to have my account disabled the moment I tried to use it. I'm still trying to figure out what happened. Complete waste of time!
Hands down a cut above the rest. I've tested a few to see which I could easily work with more than anything and Klaviyo. I have an online pet store and this allows to super easily automate segmentation by pet age, brand, pet type.
The way the flows work (the name for a series) is so good, i have a personal mission to try and make the most complex flow ever.
It integrates perfectly with Shopify (as well as a host of other platforms), caused no issues and was easy as pie to set up and understand!

Great app, plenty of functionality and automations to make everything that much easier as well as analytics and ideas on flows and campaigns.
Excelent app for marketing and re-marketing, really useful to recover abandened carts and other custumers. The only complain is that it doesn't have chat for tecnical support, and the tutorials not always are user friendly. Excelente aplicación para hacer marketing, remarketing. Muy util para recuperar carritos abandonados. La única queja que tengo es que no hay chat para soporte, y los tutoriales muchas veces no son muy user-friendly
