I spent hours setting up my email list, creating my first campaign "opening soon". Once i hit send, my campaign was cancelled, and my account has been disabled. I don't understand why, i'm only using it for the first time. Now i have to find another program to use. very frustrating, and poor communication

An sich richtig geniale App, aber sie ist dauerhaft am ruckeln und lädt ewig nicht, oder man sieht einen weißen Bildschirm... Damit kann man nichts anfangen. Bitte beheben, dann 5 Sterne!

This is a one terrific app!

Functioning as it should, almost out-of-the-box with slight tweaks here and there, the support is stellar and friendly - I give these guys a strong A and thumbs up!

Drawing a comparison between Klaviyo and some other market-available apps we used, Klaviyo clearly outperforms everyone in terms of intuitiveness, usability, and integration with Shopify.

Keep it up, Klaviyo!

Alexandria D was an incredible support! The amount of time she spent with me and her level of patience were so greatly appreciated. She spoke to me slowly and at a base level to make sure I understood each step. She even went a step further to use metaphors from her own experience working retail to help me better understand some flow triggers I was having some confusion with.

This girl deserves five gold stars and a raise! Klaviyo you are lucky to have someone who so evidently cares so deeply about their job and genuinely wants to help!

i cant get access to my account due to two factor authorization- they tell me they emailed my account to verify but i never get an email - i have tried to contact them but no response- to get access to chat to talk to them directily you have to pay the subscription price- if this was a scam to get people to pay the subscription i wouldnt be surprised

I use this app to help me send out email campaigns. I've tried MailChimp and it froze. With Klaviyo, I can definitely schedule out when to send them including the date. I'm loving this so far. And their video answered all of my questions. Woo!

Unmatched, previously with other platforms, but Klaviyo is a whole different animal. Incredible support too and working straight out of the box. Thank you

Worst email marketing app. SO many bugs, error messages, and delays. Cannot stand the frustration towards this platform.

one day for no reason they just disabled my account with no explanation. Would stay far away lots of great alternatives
