Incredible support. I made a stupid error with the flow. Klavyio help was available to me instantly on a Saturday, even though my plan says weekday help. The assistant was human and very responsive. Stayed with me. I accidently shut the chat down at one point but she was still with me when I opened it up again. The support for Klaviyo is outstanding. All the app can do can be overwhelming at first, especially for a newbie, but my questions and cries for help were answered in a timely manner with grace and humor. I can't praise the Klaviyo team enough - they are simply awesome.
