"Unable to checkout. Try again later." Can't upgrade my account because of Klaviyo's system issue. Can't contact support until I upgrade. Can't upgrade because of a system error. Complete and utter joke.

Es gibt sehr vieles was man mit dem Programm machen kann, daher musste ich mir etwas Zeit nehmen um alles zu begreifen. Der Support war aber sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben keinen grossen Vergleich, aber die Newsletter sind einfach zu erstellen und sehen super aus! Auch kann man Vorlagen wählen, wenn man nicht alles selber machen möchte. Wichtig, wir haben sehr viele Kunden die bezüglich diesen Newslettern bei uns einkaufen, für uns funktioniert es sehr gut!

Klaviyo urgently needs to take inspiration from Canva because right now the editing experience feels outdated, clunky, and honestly exhausting.I’d honestly go as far as saying that Klaviyo is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used in my entire life when it comes to editing anything. The email marketing editor is unbelievably complicated for absolutely no reason. Nothing about it feels intuitive. Every simple task turns into a frustrating, time-consuming mess.

It genuinely feels like the product was designed by engineers who never actually had to create a real marketing email themselves. The UX is terrible, the workflow is confusing, and basic editing actions feel painfully overengineered. Instead of helping you move fast, the platform constantly fights against you.

What’s shocking is that email marketing should be simple in 2026. Apps like Canva proved years ago that powerful tools can also be clean, visual, and easy to use.

I never write negative reviews about apps. In fact, this is probably the first time in my life I’ve felt the need to leave one. But the experience was genuinely that bad. For a platform this expensive and this popular, the editor is embarrassingly bad.

Strong marketing capabilities and automation, but improvements in event tracking reliability, documentation, templates, and customer support would make the platform significantly better for growing ecommerce brands.

As the founder of a small Shopify DTC brand, Klaviyo has been a really helpful tool for managing customer communication and marketing automation. It makes it much easier to build email flows, campaigns, and segments without needing a large marketing team.

I also appreciate the ecosystem around Klaviyo. Tools like the Grid & Pixel Email Autopilot integration have helped streamline the process of creating and managing email content, which frees up time to focus on other parts of running the business.

Overall it's a powerful platform for ecommerce brands that want to stay connected with their customers and automate parts of their marketing without overly complex setups.

I've used several email platforms, and Klaviyo is the best option, hands down, for e-comm on Shopify. The integrations and relationship between the platforms is key, and I've been really happy with the email/sms software as well. Flows are excellent and the triggers integrate really well between the two platforms.

Well, it took me a lot of convincing to add Kalyvio to my Shopify, and boy am I glad I did. I am just a small family business, and it has helped me immensely with growth, and that is only using it for two weeks so far. Nice and simple interface to use.
