Terrible customer service. Goes in circles. Very unhelpful people answering tell me why things are the way they are. The way they are isn't working...

Probably the most user friendly esp there is. if you are an ecom brand owner, and not utilizing emails, consider Klaviyo. has free resources to get you started and the aftersales support is superb.

Clare S was amazing. She provided us with custom loom videos explaining our issue and another with a workaround with clear instructions. She also helped me submit product feedback to hopefully help improve the prodblem in the future for us and others. she was great.
