Scammers! I was charged $390 when suppose to be $45

They mislead your in their settings that you wont be charged if you exceed your limit, but you will be so be careful!

There conversions metrics are also highly exaugurated.
Out of 12 conversions they claim i manage to confirm only 3.

Go to other services llike PushOwl, do not use this scammers!

Thank you for your feedback. Klaviyo exists to help you understand your customers and drive growth through those relationships. If you have profiles that you don't send emails to, we strongly recommend suppressing them. You don't pay for suppressed profiles, but you retain their data so you can understand the actions they took. A member of our support team has reached out to you via email and is eager to work with you.

Set up was a little trickier than I had hoped, but the customer support was fantastic and very thorough and I got it fixed quickly. I have already made money after setting up some flows. I am very happy with Klaviyo and would highly recommend them! Five stars!

Great app to work with, with endless possibilities for segmentation and flow development. Also customer service is amazing, they are fast and always there to help us out whenever we need. Highly recommend it.

Aside from the fact that it is kinda expensive from what it offers, most of the services offered like help desk, reviews and email are all mediocre and mostly only offer basic features. It is also unneccessarily complex to setup at first. Once you do the initial setup, it is mostly fine to use but I would not rely on it for anything other than email maketing.
