Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

I thoroughly appreciate Klaviyo for its comprehensive features, ranging from the intuitive visual/block email builder to powerful segmentation and automated flows. Over the past year, Klaviyo has played a pivotal role in transforming our email marketing efforts from a starting point of zero to a thriving success. Its user-friendly interface facilitates seamless collaboration within our team and with external content creators. The help conducted by the Klaviyo tech staff year has been particularly beneficial, providing valuable knowledge and insights for our marketing endeavors.

We absolutely love using Klaviyo. It has been a game-changer. The support is really helpful, and we also enjoy attending the master classes.

I am brand new to Klaviyo and I must say it is rather complex to use for a newbie. I can see there are lots of resources and instructions out there to assist someone who are new but it is just overwhelming use Klaviyo for the very first time. The reason I choose Klaviyp over mailchimp even though I know Klaviyo is much harder to use and time consuming BUT I can see Klaviyo is catered for e-commerce. They are lots of features Klaviyo has to offer to top the list so I truly believe Klaviyo will suit my e-store. I have just need to work hard to master it :)

I engaged a consultant to help me set up Klaviyo but now that I'm in I've got to say - it is a pleasure to use... there is so much optionality and it's all useful and pretty intuitive for a neophyte.

I would definitely recommend Klaviyo because of it's ease of use - it's highly intuative. Even a person with no experience in email maketing can go in there and start using it.

Simply put Klaviyo blows Mailchimp back to the stone ages. The email flows are brilliant. It took me minutes to set up 5-6 automated flows so that depending on what a customer or potential customer does on the site, they get sent to a different flow. It's only been 2 weeks but we've already recouped the monthly cost with ease. I read some reviews saying that the editing function was difficult to use but I didn't find that at all. In fact, it was super simple and allowed me to control all aspects of design (unlike Mailchimp) so no funky spacing issues.

Love the App!! You have such a large variety of options and the concept is really sophisticated. The help guide is really useful and the customer support is always great!

I used this app to create a flow for exit intent which has already resulted in a sale. I appreciate the support I received on getting a sign up form to work correctly. I just created my first campaign with a provided template. Simple.
