Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

So helpful wow best customer service in a long time

Been using Klaviyo since the very start of the business in 2021. Now, with a change of pricing policy will be forced to move to another service. Absolute scam of charging $1k+ for "active" profiles that I'm not even sending emails to.

Simplified our approach to email marketing, easy to use campaign and transactional email creation tools, simple to use automation/flow editor.

We love Klaviyo - just invaluable and the most intuitive email system you can ever have.

Klaviyo employees always help quickly if I have a question. This time, well helped by Mandy! Their chat is very useful.

Klaviyo is MUCH better than the others! Klaviyo is VERY EASY to navigate, yet has every tool you need.

Easy integration with shopify, great customer service, and once you get the hang of designing emails its really easy to use.

There is zero customer support from this app on the free plan, not even email. I know many aps will limit support on free plans (e.g. you don't get live support), which is fair enough. However, you can't even reach anyone by email if you have a problem without upgrading to a paid plan.

We are a new and growing business so where we can we are using lower cost or free plans to begin with, but will ...

With their pricing changes, we have to pay TEN TIMES more than before. I received this message four days before the new price change.

Really easy to use, and so easy to segment customers. I wish I'd switched across to Klaviyo earlier! Saves me so much time.
