I've used this app for a long time with my shop but suddenly my products stopped showing in my emails. When I reached out to customer support I was informed that in order to receive support I had to upgrade my plan. I refuse to support a company/app/business that refuses to provide free customer service. Quickly deleted this app from my account and will not be reinstalling.
Lacks important features, but worst of all, my account was compromised. Support made me jump through a ton of hoops to prove it was my account, yet ultimately left my account frozen, with no reply from support.

Would not recommend. They charge you by profile (email) and do not give you an option to simply delete inactive profiles.

I can't believe it! My account became inactive within just two days, and it keeps logging me out and crashing while I'm using it. I contacted their support team, but they're blatantly ignoring me. They've read my emails and haven't bothered to reply. Their team is incredibly irresponsible and disrespectful to customers. I am beyond furious! I have received zero assistance, and they are wasting my time. I urgently need this problem resolved, but I'm not getting any help!!!
I would highly recommend using another app. This one is horrible, I got this set up luckily under the free plan and I went to use a test email that I sent to myself and my account was disabled. I reached out to customer service to find out why and got some robotic answer.
The only thing I can think of is the fact I sent out two TEST emails to myself, which I still have yet to receive, and got disabled. What bothers me most about that is in the statement they sent me about anti-abuse is. They stated "You may receive performance alerts and warnings from us", I never received any notice, when I asked the customer service rep, if you can even call it customer service, I still have not gotten a response from 12 hours ago. I will be deleting from my store and using another app.

I'll be brief. We decided to give Klaviyo a try after working with another email marketing app for about 4 months. We decided to do this at about 10:00 pm. At about 6:00 am (that's right, you read it correctly, we had been working on new forms, segments etc. straight through the night)... at about 6:00 am, we went to preview a new form and the app kicked us out. When we tried to log back in, it says the account is inactive. No attempt to send emails. No attempts to send SMS messages. Nothing. You can imagine how we felt after spending the entire night trying to get things set up just for that to happen. Not a good first impression at all. Luckily, we had not uninstalled our previous app. Now, I'll be getting ready to go into work here in about an hour with zero sleep for the past 24 hours and absolutely nothing to show for it. By the way, the other app that we were contemplating switch over from is Omnisend. Funny thing is we have had zero issues with that app since we downloaded it. We just wanted to try an alternative to have something to compare it to. I guess it goes back to that old saying, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it."
We started testing this tool for our site before we went online, and they disabled our account without any notice, you ask for a reason and they send you huge FAQ file and it's your job to figure out why they disabled you.
Very unprofessional behaviour.
We moved to Omnisend which works perfect. be careful of Klaviyo!
This is less than 1 star I will never use it again
I have been designing my campaign the whole day then it sent an empty template to all my customers!!
DON'T USE THIS APP. They overcharged my visa card and refused to give my money back! They just charge your card without asking, so check your settings if you have this app! Also, the app is slow, has bad templates, and everything they do you can do on the Shopify email app, which is free.
We have uninstalled your APP on Shopify and close the account, why are we still being charged?
