I've been using Klaviyo for the last 5 years or so at various brands and what I always say to people considering the platform is that the level of support offered by the Klaviyo team is next level. I've pretty much had to learn what I know by teaching myself from articles from the help center or hopping on a live chat with an agent and they are always so wonderful and willing to help troubleshoot problems or sanity check logic when building flows, segments, etc. if they can't help you in the moment, they are always so thorough and on it with the follow ups. They're the best!

Klaviyo has been awesome for Mixology. It’s super easy to use, the segmentation is spot-on, and it’s helped us send way more personalized emails. We’ve seen better engagement, better conversions, and it just fits right into our workflow. The analytics are clear, the automations are powerful, and it’s made our marketing feel way more organized. Highly recommend!

Es ist und bleibt schwierig, Ein Upgrade des Abonnements kann nur mit Kreditkarte durchgeführt werden. Wird kein Upgrade durchgeführt, kein Support der dazu was sagen kann. Wird keine Kreditkarte hinterlegt, ist kein Upgrade möglich.

Das ist ja was ich hier schreibe. Man bekommt eine Antwort die nicht das Problem löst. Ihr wollt, dass ich ein upgrade durchführe, dies ist aber nur möglich wenn man eine Kreditkarte hinterlegt. Habt Ihr dafür keine andere Möglichkeit? Es bleibt bei einem Stern.

Be careful when using their email templates. They add default ALT text of the original image and include a link from some other company within some templates with animated pictures. Unfortunately, I realized this only after sending an email to my customer list, and now my customers received an email where the main clickable image leads to a completely different website. Those ALT texts and links shouldn’t be added to the templates. The services of your partner should be advertised in a different way not in a hidden way within templates!

Been using for many years. It's a 5-star product with a ton of capability. It's pricey, but if you have the revenue, it's worth the features. Using for email & sms. If you're considering, just do it. You won't be disappointed.

My issue was resolved, but I experienced over 500 random bot sign-ups through Klaviyo, which forced me to spend around an extra $100 to cover the additional charges. After being billed for three months, I requested either a refund or a discount, as the issue wasn’t my fault — but my request was declined. As a loyal customer, I found this quite disappointing and lacking any gesture of goodwill.

Update: I have been credited the amount by their helpful support staff, I have changed to 5 stars :)

Unbelievably non intuitive. Wouldn't text me for previewing the SMS email. Also, the form just simply wouldn't go onto my website. It didn't show up for me, would show up randomly for others, and the preview, and the final design on the website were completely different

Klaviyo is by far the best email marketing programme out there. Knocks the spots of some other well-known offerings that I have tried. They have taken a complicated operation and made it simple for people with no prior experience, and offer exceptional training and support. I recommend Klaviyo to everyone and find it to be one of the most useful tools in my box for increasing customer loyalty and conversions.

I've been a customer for over 4 years and I can say the support has alway been subpar but now it's terrible. I've also incurred unauthorized account charges and now they auto-sent already delivered campaigns damaging our reputation. I would seriously consider using another app for the cost alone but the lack of support really makes the decision to go elsewhere easy.
