I just wanted to shout out Hana for her incredible support! :)
I’m totally new to Klaviyo, and setting up a flow seemed a bit daunting.
But Hana really went above and beyond to make sure I’d get it right.
She actually made a video to walk me through the setup step-by-step, and her explanations were super clear.
She even added screenshots and more guidance in the chat, which made everything so easy to follow—especially for someone like me who’s just starting out.
I really appreciate her going the extra mile and making it all feel manageable.

Klaviyo partners very well with Shopify and helps us retain and market to our customers.
Good customer service. I would recommend setting up a dedicated branded tracking link for link clicks as soon as possible or your default tracking links may get blocked by Chrome and Safari. This happened to my company. Klaviyo was helpful in getting this fixed.

The platform is versatile, the support is excellent and ultimately everything does what it says in the tin.

Crazy how you have to pay to get in touch with the support. For some reasons my flows dont work and there's no way to get in touch with the support. Really bad, would not recommend
