Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Great app with a very clean interface. My only issues are that it's a bit confusing to locate and edit lists/segments. Also, for some reason it makes me log into the app every time I open it, even when I'm using the same computer/browser. All in all, it's a very good app and I'd recommend it to most people.

Worst customer support of all times!! 3 weeks and still going on with no resolution!! Not even a simple communication to update customer with ongoing information!! 1 star is more than deserving!!

I moved to Klaviyo from Mailchimp and I'm so glad I did. It integrates perfectly with Shopify and the one time I had to contact their support they were super helpful. There are more functions and capabilities than Mailchimp and I can see this app growing with my business.

The customer support for klavio by Sakinah was excellent. that's why I left this review and the only reason why I did.

The app is fine if you know how to use it. The support is just soso. They want to set up a meeting for easy questions which is totally unnecessary. Were on the premium version.

It is really easy to use. I recommend the app. I have been using it for 2 years now, and it's still the best by far!

Anmeldeverfahren sehr verzögert. Email der Firma wird nicht akzeptiert. Für mich bis jetzt nicht empfehlenswert. Sorry... Wahrscheinlich muss ich hier mehr Zeichen schreiben, deshalb siehe oben!!! Ich bin enttäuscht, weil ich mir sehr viel davon versprochen habe.

VERY VERY VERY hard to make a custom email template and not enough information to find on website...

I have been using Klaviyo for a month now and I like the concept behind it all however there have been several glitches that I have had to contact customer services about. When I have spoken to customer services, it has taken ages to get them to understand the problem and it has been very frustrating at times. I currently have a pretty significant problem that the technical team are looking at. I will continue to use it for the time being and hope the glitches don't affect my sales and reputation as they currently have been.
