No complaints aside from the mismatch between the cost and my ability to use it. At $80/month it shouldn't be hard to recoup that investment, but it will involve extra work. I haven't had time to put it to real use. After months of paying for a plan I wasn't using I canceled 2 days after the renewal, and had to jump through minor hoops to get a refund. I think such cases should be automatic and unquestioned by ALL companies, but thank you anyway, Klaviyo.

I've been a customer for over 4 years and I can say the support has alway been subpar but now it's terrible. I've also incurred unauthorized account charges and now they auto-sent already delivered campaigns damaging our reputation. I would seriously consider using another app for the cost alone but the lack of support really makes the decision to go elsewhere easy.

Their customer support team is great! You can get through to them by Live Chat pretty much instantly. Their CS/product teams are knowledgeable and spend time helping you through issues and queries. They've helped me out a lot in the past year!

After subscribing and making payment, I was unable to access my account for two full days. Despite multiple attempts to reach out, their support team offered absolutely no effective solution. Extremely disappointing experience.

I’ve been in the Shopify Plus world as merchant for more than 7 years. I used Listrak, Mailchimp, and other ESPs before to generate ecom revenue. Klaviyo is by far the best platform when you need to get transactions from your list.

I signed up for Klaviyo’s $20/month plan (500 profiles, 5k emails). On August 24th, I even received an official notice confirming that my $20 plan would renew on August 26th. However, Klaviyo automatically upgraded my account to a $125/month plan just because the system counted extra “profiles” that I never actively used.
I only send around 5,000 emails per month — completely within the limits of the $20 plan. Yet I was told I must first pay $125 and then request a refund if I want to go back to my $20 plan. This is unreasonable and unfair.
Klaviyo’s billing model is designed to trap you into higher tiers based on inflated “profile counts” rather than your actual usage. There is no option to opt out of auto-upgrade, and support refuses to prevent this from happening again.
If you are a small business expecting predictable costs, be very careful. Klaviyo may automatically charge you far more than you agreed to without your approval.
