I have registered, I try to log in - I write an account that is not active, I go to almost and click confirm account - it throws me to another window, where it requires me to log in to the account again and when I log in, I write an inactive account. Bottom line - I couldn't just log in. When I tried to write to the support service, in order to do this, I need to log in to my account)))) I couldn't even write to them)

I can't believe it! My account became inactive within just two days, and it keeps logging me out and crashing while I'm using it. I contacted their support team, but they're blatantly ignoring me. They've read my emails and haven't bothered to reply. Their team is incredibly irresponsible and disrespectful to customers. I am beyond furious! I have received zero assistance, and they are wasting my time. I urgently need this problem resolved, but I'm not getting any help!!!
After spending days trying to get Klaviyo to work for me with very little customer support, I called it and decided to give Omnisend a try.
The only thing I'm upset about is the time I wasted with Klaviyo.
Onmisend customer service is top notch and I had everything up and running in no time.
They disabled my account after 5 minutes of using it. After contacting them, they send me to the Terms of Service when I didn't even have time to make changes to my account

I can’t get the flows to work properly. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for weeks now. Still no answer.

Una vera è propria truffa ho 10k di contatti e ho annullato quest'app dopo un mese visto la sua non funzionalita ed il costo di 150€ mensili in base al numero dei miei account, anche dopo aver disistallato lì'app hanno continuato per 3 mesi a prendere soldi automaticamente dal conto, alle mail nessuna risposta ed in chat mi rispondono dopo aver reinstallato l'app che posso cambiare il mio piano se voglio ma non è possibile emettere rimborsi anche se l'app era disistallata e 0 mail inviate
It sucks. Seal the number for no reason. Can't login. Have to pay to communicate with customer service online. No way to log in how to pay

Kompliziert as f**k! Kein Support, so lange man nicht 30€/Monat zahlt.
Ich habe meinen Abandoned Cart Reminder eingerichtet, nur leider erhalte ich, wenn ich das teste, keine Reminder Email.
Benutzeroberfläche ist unfassbar kompliziert gestaltet.
Schmutz App. Funktioniert nicht, wie sie soll. Ich kann die Bestätigungsmail nirgends ausstellen. Ich kriege keinen Support, ohne dass ich 30€ zahle. Super unübersichtlich. Nicht zu empfehlen.
