Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS , 1 986 vurderinger

Finally, a Shopify app that just works. Only just started using this, but I'm already enjoying it and look forward to see the results.

Very happy with Klaviyos features, pricing and support team who are always on hand to answer my queries.

Specially made buy what seems like toddlers on a tomagotchi, klaviyo has continued to fail to do the simplest of things. Looks very fancy but very unresponsive and frustrating.
This is a one star review as Klaviyo seems to not let you show one star.

As someone else said, "Mailchimp is for sending newsletters, Klaviyo is for making money". This is an amazing app that has huge revenue potential for your business. It's relatively easy to set up (it's very powerful, so there is a learning curve), but their support are very eager to help you out. In a nutshell, for every action someone takes on your website, you can send them a personalized email relating to that action to either strengthen your relationship with that customer or generate more revenue from them. I don't think any Shopify store owner can afford not to use even the basic features of this app.

This app is very powerful to manage all issues related to email marketing. It is true you will need a learning curve, but in other apps it is the same. The Shopify integration is simple, therefore creating flows is easier. I am suprissed when some people say Customer Service doesn't work properly, because Klaviyo answers to me always on time resolving my doubts. I am very satisfy with Klaviyo. Recommended.

Don't look anywhere else for customer outreach/ email marketing. Yes, it can be expensive depending on the size of your customer list but in most cases it is worth it. The integration with Shopify is very powerful. You can create highly targeted segments using any customer data from order history, to location to Shopify events such as viewed a certain product to target the exact people who want and tailor your campaigns for that audience. Also, they offer integrated SMS support and their drag and drop email editor is top notch.

Really disappointed that they got rid of unlimited emails. We send 1-2 per week, and they have priced themselves out of the market. Emailed the support team about the price increase and they did nothing. It will now cost me an extra $250 to send fewer emails than I was before. I also found that their editing tools were more archaic than other companies I have used.

It has a lot of different templates you can use and customize, its build as drag and drop so it will be without a hassle to set it up. It has very nice designs.
