Klaviyo has been an absolute game changer for us. The interface is great to use and the conversions far exceed our previous email program. The Klaviyo support team is also extremely quick and helpful!

We started using Klaviyo just over a month, and we can already see sales increasing due to various flows that we set up. The onboarding was extremely easy as the Klaviyo staff was very knowledge and helpful. The zoom meeting went very smooth and we are seeing about 10% increase in sales. I can see further revenue streams by adding more types of marketing flows.
Money well spent!

It was working fine until I tried downgrading my account and it got deleted. I want to recover my account but the customer support is SOOO difficult to reach! They never pick up their phone. On emails, they are cold and not helpful at all!! Its frustrating and I am regretting relying on Klaviyo to begin with!

Hello, we are sorry to hear you deleted your account. We have the option to downgrade to a free plan, we also have the option to delete your account. Unfortunately if you deleted your account, that data is gone. We do have in-app warning and verbiage expressing this. We do not offer phone support. If you are in an email thread with one of our techs, they can assist you that way.

Klaviyo is a good tool to user for any e-commerce out there. The integration with Shopify is very good. I recommend. I like the sync between Shopify and Klaviyo.

Klaviyo has become an integral component of our marketing mix. It integrates well with our broader tech stack, support is awesome and the versatility in building flows by aggregating niche data is great. We love the AI tool which builds technical flow queries based on natural language inputs.

One those "large" companies that wont help you when you need it. Expensive to the max for this program also. If you are a "large" company also then maybe this app is for you. But for small biz - im going a cheaper route with an agent that can actually help me.
