Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

So far I'm loving Klaviyo. It's definitely a more integrated and powerful marketing automation than its counterparts. I'm excited to use all the other features available and see how well they will help me manage my store.

Better than mailchimp, well done Klaviyo. We've migrated over and are enjoying all the extra features for clever email segmentation for tailoring our messages for our customers.

So far so good, I really like the segmenting and it is easy to be up and running. I would recommend this app any day.

Klaviyo is an exceptional email builder with a many useful tools and features that enable our marketing team to go above and beyond. Even greater than their platform tools is their customer support. Klaviyo's team has been great with giving me instructions, sending me helpful articles, and even outright building custom content. I recommend Klaviyo to any ecommerce business, especially those using Shopify.

I'm so pleased we made the shift to Klaviyo from our previous email App. The company has continued to evolve quickly over the last two years and is hands down the best email integration for e-commerce and Shopify. There are so many features, and the support is world class - highly recommended!

After misunderstanding my initial testing, the support team was able to investigate and assure me that my concerns were wrong. I am changing my review from 1 star to 5 star based on this. I'm looking forward to building out my flows and seeing what results I can achieve with the tool.
