Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Updated: 5/23 We have now been using Klaviyo for almost 4 years and we would still give them 5 stars. It is the best marketing investment we make every month. I do feel and understand the frustration with their support. Fortunately, we have not had much need to contact them. In our 4 years, we have only had to use technical support once and we were able to get the issue resolved in less than an hour. I do wish they had a "real time" support option beyond chat. When you have a problem, you want to get an answer asap, not have to guess as to when you might hear from them. We migrated to Klaviyo after the Shopify-Mailchimp dust-up last spring. We have been using Klaviyo for 15 months now and we are very happy with the app. While a bit pricier then some out there, we have found the campaign and flow tools to pay for themselves very quickly. In the past 12 months, Klaviyo campaigns and flows have delivered $21K (about 20% of total rev) in sales to our store -- and we don't even run a campaign every month. We made the investment to attend Klaviyo:BOS last fall, their user conference. One of the best user conferences out there, in our opinion. We learned a ton from Klaviyo and many other Shopify store owners.

Can I give it 6 stars?
Wow... I've been looking and spending money on other software, but this is just Amazing... The people at Klavio really understand what it means to be a Shopify store owner.

Klaviyo - from the ease of use/powerful capabilities to the unbelievably outstanding customer service - is an absolute must-have for your Shopify store.

The first Klaviyo "flow" (automated emails) I set up was their "abandonded cart" flow...it brought in $300.00 in the first couple of days!!!

I would give Klaviyo and the whole Klaviyo team 1,000 Stars if I could.

The template designer is extremely powerful and intuitive. I love the fact that I could fully benefit from abandoned cart without paying a dime and only started being charged when my business started growing consistently.

Simply the best email marketing tool for eCommerce. Awesome customer support. Make the switch and watch your dollars start to roll in.

Fantastic! At first sight it seems complicated but it is extremely easy to learn how to use, and you can do almost anything you want. The online help pages are also exceptionally clear! :)

We've been using it at www.EverRose.com for a couple weeks now, and we really enjoy the integration with our existing contact lists along with the easy to use templates. We've experimented a bit with it, and it's very simple to set up, and the analytics are wonderful.

Outstanding, customizable platform that has massively improved my customer experience. If I had to pick on App to keep installed, this would be it.
