I use Klaviyo for email, but it would be great to get to use the SMS instead of having to have another app for it, but overall, I like it and I like that customization of audiences and list, etc. I like the built-in flows as well. Makes my job easier.

Klaviyo has been a very useful tool for us. From highly targeted emails to centralizing our customer data, it is easy to integrate with shopify and has a lot of tutorials available for self-education

Wow! This is an extremely powerful email marketing platform. The automation flows are really incredible. Set 'em and forget 'em. It's like hiring a workforce of robots to help you collect extra $$$ that could have slipped away (and often do). Highly recommend this!!
Update: Klaviyo support is badass awesome!!!! Fast, helpful. They care. An app I actually don't mind seeing appear on my credit card bill unlike many others.
YOU CAN'T RUN AN E-COMMERCE BUSINESS WITHOUT KLAVIYO! I tried all the other email marketing software and yeah it was a little cheaper, but cheaper comes with a big fat hidden price tag. Ask yourself how much is your time worth? How much is a new customer worth? Klaviyo is the ultimate email marketing system, the options are endless and the ease of use once you get in there is amazing. Bite the bullet and add Klaviyo to your toolbelt you won't regret it. I love you guys!!!
Its expensive but its fantastic, you must to use always and you will sell a lot I am a klaviyo lover
Klaviyo is a great email program. It's intuitive and integrates perfectly with Shopify to aid segmenting and analytics, and the support we receive is excellent!
Moved over with our Shopify shop from MailChimp to Klaviyo. This is the way an ecommerce marketing (email) automation should work. Highly recommended, within 2 hours setup everything incl. send out a perfectly aligned responsive newsletter!
Works brilliantly with Shopify, is designed FOR e-commerce, is very intuitive and the support is amazing and fast (I'm saying that has a very non technical person who has to do all of this stuff on my own for our brand)
